Seamico Securities now named KT ZMICO after integrating with KTB Securities Company Limited (KTBS), is a fully licensed broker-dealer regulated by the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
KT ZMICO Securities is a fully licensed broker-dealer regulated by the Stock Exchange of Thailand. The firm is the outcome of a strong partnership between the legendary Seamico Securities and Krung Thai Bank, which is one of the largest banks in Thailand. After the business integration between Seamico and KTB Securities, Seamico and KTB hold 50% each in this joint-venture company and named it KT ZMICO. Immediately after its debut in May 2009, KT ZMICO has secured its second position in terms of market shares in the Exchange.
